**The Company**
Our client is a global hardware distributor who are leaders within the power tool space. They produce a large range of cordless equipment including handheld gardening and power tools for their diverse clientele. They are constantly pushing the boundaries on innovations, creating market leading products that service the trade and household consumer market.
**The Role**
Our client is seeking a results driven Account Manager to join the team ASAP. Manage and grow an established portfolio of retail clients within the hardware/power tool sector. You will have full accountability through the partnering and managing of client relationships within the Trade/Hardware Retail space. Core duties will include;
- Achieve sales and growth targets for your portfolio/territory
- Drive the brand and build market share
- Development and execution of strategic plans
- Implementation of Sales & Marketing promotional programs
- Ensuring service levels are operating at the highest standard
- Merchandising of instore products and training/educating store staff.
- Ensure each account is provided with the products and services to maintain and grow market share.
- End User cold calling, demonstration and training to support growth of the brands in your portfolio.
**About You**
- BDM, Sales Representative or Account Manager experience within the Trade/Power Equipment space
- Knowledge of Power Tools, Hardware or Construction sectors.
- Previous sales, lead generation skills
- Driven and results focused
- Ability to build relationships, excellent interpersonal skills
- Full Drivers license
