In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional customer service, helping clients turn their dream of homeownership into a reality. With leads generated through the company’s marketing efforts, you’ll play a key role in converting new inquiries into signed home sale contracts. We have 2 new exciting floor plans opening in the Woodlea display village.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate referral sales through existing customer relationships and your personal network
- Maintain and update sales data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and available land options
- Create tailored home & land packages for prospective clients
- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
- Opening the new Woodlea display village

In addition, you will possess:

- Experienced residential sales consultant - preferably with knockdown rebuild knowledge

- A positive attitude towards professional growth and continuous learning
- A strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills with the ability to understand and meet customers’ needs
