Our process begins with inspired and thoughtful design—featuring facades that capture attention and floorplans that can be personalised to meet individual needs. We ensure that each home is crafted to the highest standards, evolving with our customers as their lifestyle and family situations change.
As part of the ABN Group since 2008, Boutique Homes is known for its innovative approach, exceptional value, and dedication to customer satisfaction, particularly within the knockdown rebuild sector in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.
**What’s on offer?**
Working five days a week, including both Saturday and Sunday, in a busy display village in Wollert, you'll have access to a high volume of leads, providing excellent opportunities to convert enquiries into sales. With uncapped earning potential, you'll build integral relationships and help deliver the dream of home ownership through consistent, excellent customer service. Leads will be provided through company marketing strategies, and you’ll be expected to follow up on these and convert them into new home sale contracts.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
- Updating and maintaining sales data
- Continuously learning about new products and land availability
- Producing home & land packages
- Effectively managing customer relations through to the completion of each home
