This is quite a rare opportunity to collaborate with senior management (both locally and abroad) to drive strong marketing campaigns continuing the increasing success both in the trade, and with the public. You will understand and help drive sales outcomes through effective brand management of the external brand & communications via digital, PR, advertising, local area marketing and event management.

**Day to Day**

As a marketing professional you will have a diverse range of general marketing skills, but a key focus on brand development, communications, and PR activity:

- Lead the marketing function and supervise the team across all projects from sales promotions, new product development and overall brand strategy
- Collaborate, create, and deliver ongoing campaigns and promotional activity that yields increased sales numbers
- Manage and lead external agency relationships, and media
- Develop and implement PR & advertising campaigns across the business
- Work cohesively with local & European parties to evaluate, implement and launch new products suited to the AU/NZ market.
- Lead brand development communications through own collateral, as well as various media platforms.
- Produce and utilise reports / data for the marketing and sales teams.

**Skills needed**
- At least five years’ experience in a similar Marketing/Communications role; including branding, PR/media, campaign creation, marketing collateral, e-marketing, digital etc
- Ability to work collaboratively across other departments both locally and internationally
- Outstanding and extensive communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Highly self-motivated and creative, able to drive progressive ideas and execute to commercial deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshops, web content management

Reporting to the Regional Manager based locally, you will be given tremendous support and guidance needed to be successful in the role.
