About the Role
We're building a future where exceptional teams drive exceptional results through proactive, innovative solutions. As a People Partner, you’ll support our Tech, Product, and Health teams, working closely with employees and people leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
You’ll be a coach and advisor, empowering leaders to take ownership, build accountability, and drive team growth. Your role isn’t about fixing problems, but about empowering leaders to own their team's challenges.
What you'll do:
- Serve as primary point of contact for people-related advice and support across our Tech, Product, and Health portfolios, helping teams thrive.- Partner with the Senior People Partner to shape and execute dynamic people strategies that drive engagement and growth across all portfolios.- Co-deliver key people initiatives like performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Lead employee relations efforts, including formal performance management and Workers Compensation, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for all.- Coach People Leaders, facilitate impactful training sessions, and guide 360 feedback processes to boost team effectiveness and leadership capabilities.- Support workforce management by providing meaningful reporting and insights, contributing to data-driven decisions that shape the future of the business.- Collaborate on exciting projects, escalating to the Senior People Partner as needed, while continually finding ways to enhance the employee experience.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in mobilising data & insights, influencing and building capability in stakeholders, managing change.- Experience delivering cyclical people practices, supporting the resolution of employment relations cases, facilitation and leading people projects.- Ability to effectively challenge people, situations and current thinking; and give real time, constructive feedback- Customer focused and ability to build strong relationships, and act as a truster partner for our teams.- Proven experience across the whole employee lifecycle including leadership development, remuneration & benefits, performance management, and employment relations.
