Synaco Global are currently seeking a administrator to perform general adhoc duties, intermediate experience is required client is willing to train on the job.

Monday to Friday - 6 hour days.

**Main Resposibilities**
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- **Answering Calls**: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, taking messages accurately, and providing helpful information to callers.
- **Managing Mail and Packages**: Receive and sort mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients promptly. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services when necessary.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist with organizing meetings and preparing materials when required.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Drivers License highly preferred
- intermediate computer knowledge
- Bubbly Personality
- High attention to detail
- 2 x contactable referees
