**About the role**

Reporting to the Health Services Advisor, the Health Services Coordinator works as part of a small team to administer the rail worker health and wellbeing programs for Pacific National workers nationally. Working with key operational stakeholders, the Coordinator will support the management of health and wellbeing administrative tasks across a nationally dispersed operational business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide administrative support to the occupational health surveillance and rail safety worker compliance programs
- Support the monitoring and administrative requirements for occupational hygiene requirements
- Administration of health promotion, health surveillance, drug and alcohol and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain integrity and excellence in the administration of periodic health assessments
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to sustain an effective health program, including external health service provider, leadership teams, local incident and response teams

**About you**
- Relevant experience in Health and Wellbeing administration, ideally within heavy industry and an operational environment, and/or relevant experience in medical or allied health administration
- Demonstrated experience in the administration, delivery and support of health and wellbeing programs in large-complex organisations
- Strong safety and quality mindset and track record of driving improved performance
- Stakeholder management skills including negotiation, facilitation and influencing
- Attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
