Box Hill Institute is a leading Australian provider of TAFE courses, vocational training and international degrees. Box Hill Institute operates in 10 countries and offers a diverse range of courses to students, businesses and community groups.

The Institute offers the opportunity to obtain formal accreditation at Certificate, Diploma, Degree and/or Postgraduate levels.

Located across three locations in Victoria - Box Hill, Lilydale and Melbourne CBD. The Institute teaches approximately 40,000 students per year with over 500 courses, 200 accredited courses and 10 workplace training facilities.

Box Hill Institute is nationally recognised and received recognition over the years including the International Training Provider of the Year in 2018, Australian Training Awards’ Large Training Provider of the Year 2016 and the Victorian Training Awards' Large Training Provider of the Year 2016.

**About the role**:
The Coordinator Health Programs leads the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative, customised, high quality vocational education and training for BHI students and clients.

The Coordinator manages teaching and business support employees along with programs to ensure high quality innovative course materials and excellent training delivery to students. Success in the position will result in a high performing and engaged team, student achievement and improved education and employment outcomes, compliance and quality education and the development of opportunities to grow market share.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- A relevant degree or approved AQF Level 6 or above qualifications.
- A vocational qualification relevant to the courses delivered.

**Expertise Requirements**

**Vocational Expertise**:Highly developed educational leadership expertise plus extensive management and/or teaching skills.

**2. People management**: Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a high performance team of teaching employees, managing performance, facilitating development and providing feedback and coaching improving productivity and performance.
