**We will count on you to**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day support processes
- Managing teams of technical resources
- Co-ordinating configuration delivery with project stakeholders
- Scheduling delivery through environments and to production
- Creation and maintenance of release deliver schedule
- Providing general input to the core project teams to support project planning and execution
- Providing support to the project for change management activities related to the delivery
- Providing support to other project teams where integration to the registry systems is required

**What you need to have**:
**Education**
- Relevant Tertiary and/or ASFA accreditation

**Experience**
- Leading diverse teams
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly the superannuation industry
- Sound working knowledge of superannuation (or similar) systems and business functions
- Sound knowledge around data ETL requirements, mapping and tools

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Excellent problem solving & decision making skills; understands how to evaluate a problem and analyse solutions and can explain thought process to others
- People leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Can manage stakeholder relationships up to and including senior executives.
- Can effectively create documentation covering complex solutions
- Project management core competencies
- Flexible and adaptable approach to workloads
- Ability to self-manage in unstructured work environments
- Ability to manage teams in unstructured work environments
