Established in 2003, KIC has an outstanding reputation for providing course graduates with the appropriate skills and industry experience required to assist learners connect with sustainable employment providers upon course graduation.

KIC offers a range of select industry demand courses which can be viewed on their website some of the courses offered include hospitality, childcare, English and marketing and design.

Kingston International College are currently seeking for 2 highly motivated individuals to join their team as a business administrative trainee.

**About the role**

You will be provided structured training and support for your traineeship by our highly skilled support team.

Some responsibilities include:

- Answering student and client phone calls, relay of messages to team colleagues and line managers.
- Liaising with other external parties and team regarding new and existing enrolment matters.
- Actioning student and client related various matters which require escalation to managers, senior manager and trainers from time to time to resolve daily student related enquiries and or queries.
- Processing Prism software data
- full training provided.
- Other adhoc duties as required

**About you**

No previous admin experience is necessary, a strong “can and will do” attitude is a must.
- Computer literacy; basic knowledge - Microsoft Word & Excel.
- You must be able to speak fluent English and understand basic mathematical concepts.
- You must display a desire to pursue a career in business administration by exhibiting a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills on a daily basis.
- You must be Punctual on a daily basis.
- You must use your best endeavours to provide our students and clients a highly positive customer service experience.
- You must be able to demonstrate confidence when providing customer in relation to our college products and services to students and clients.
- You must be able to work autonomously and communicate professionally and work effectively within our team environments.
- You must be able to display a friendly and dedicated approach toward all college related matters.

**Pre-requisites**
- Must have completed Year 12 and be aged between 19 to 35.
- Driver's license and vehicle are not essential, public transport stops to get to and from work are close by our campuses.
