**The Position**
**St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital** is a boutique facility located right on the banks of the iconic Swan River. The hospital was established in 1932 and has a strong tradition of providing surgical services and maternity care. It is also the largest non-government provider of rehabilitation services in Western Australia, with private and publicly funded services supported by a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking a motivated **Business Development Coordinator** to join the** Business Development **team. As a** Business Development Coordinator** you will be responsible for regular engagement with General Practices for the purpose of developing and sustaining effective and productive relationships with GPs and GP Practice Managers. This will include developing and enhancing GP awareness and understanding of St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital’s services and specialists. This includes the coordinating and the delivery of the General Practice Education and Engagement Programs.
This position will coordinate the processes to maintain, administer and drive value from the customer relationship management (CRM) system and is responsible for coordinating the Specialist Onboarding administration.
This position is being offered on a permanent part-time basis working 45.6 hours a fortnight.

- Demonstrated skills and experience working with data analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated system administration skills and experience (ideally with a customer relationship management system).
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work independently on multiple activities with mínimal supervision.
- Experience working in the health sector.
- Previous experience with a CRM system will be highly regarded._
