Prince Design studio is Perth’s ultimate design hub, offering clients a customised interior design service in our exclusive showroom.

We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and relationship building in helping clients create their dream home. An opportunity for a well-presented and enthusiastic **Administrator & Office All Rounder **to join our busy, centrally located studio.

You will be based in our stunning showroom and have the opportunity to assist with exciting residential projects, display homes and much more.

This is a fast-paced environment with never a dull moment

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work with a small team and really own their role. Our ideal person is someone who may live locally and is seeking to return to work in an environment that is flexible and supports their ability to juggle both family and work commitments. And don't worry, we know that your organisational skills and administrative abilities haven't disappeared just because you have been out of the workplace for a few years - in fact, we get that you are likely FAR more organised now than you ever were

What we really need you to bring with you (aside from your happy and engaging outlook on life) is
- Solid experience in a professional office environment
- Excellent personal presentation
- Fluency across the usual Microsoft Applications (word, excel, outlook etc)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ability to problem solve
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- A professional approach and the ability to work with and serve people effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fun, flexible and a collaborative team player with a 'can do' attitude

**Your Day to Day**:
Your day-to-day will be varied and often include surprise tasks as a result of changing client needs. So a flexible approach to handling your day to days tasks will be a must. Beyond that in your scope will fall;
- Day-to-day running of the office and management of all showroom sampling
- Entering invoices
- Scheduling and following up on deliveries/furniture orders
- Data Entry
- Maintaining CRM & internal selection software systems
- Liaising with clients and external suppliers
- Arranging furniture and other supplier quotes and assisting with selections as required
- Collecting samples from suppliers
- Sourcing products as required
- General administration and PA duties
