The Role:
We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Balcatta team in the position of Administration and Customer Support.
- This focus of this diverse role will be to liaise with clients, insurance companies and contractors and provide administration support to our team of Estimators and Supervisors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Call clients to provide job progress updates
- Invoice completed works
- Submit reports to clients
- Work closely with Estimators & Supervisors
- Schedule appointments
- Process contractor invoices
- Job reports administration
- Follow up with contractors when required
- General administration duties
Key Selection Criteria:
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.
- Customer Service experience
- Background the Insurance or Construction industry highly regarded, however not essential
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel & Outlook)
- Professional & confident phone manner
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proactive nature
