With the Marketing team undertaking rapid growth, RØDE is looking for a passionate, thoughtful, and dedicated Amazon Marketing Specialist to help optimise our Amazon Marketing initiatives.
As the Amazon Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the presence of RØDE on this highly visible account. You will manage product listings and drive scalable Amazon ad campaigns.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop the Global Amazon strategy
- Continually optimise the existing brand store, product pages and A+ content to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products
- New Amazon product onboarding and set up of Amazon ads for every new product release
- Own the Amazon brand experience across Australia, US, UK and EU
- Work with the RØDE marketing team to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards

**You will require the following skills and experience to be successful**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field
- Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience (pay-per-click) is a plus
- Digital Marketing experience
- Degree qualified in marketing is highly desirable

Project management skills, ensuring timely execution of campaigns to budget
- Strong competitor analysis and market trend analysis skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to manage and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to take on feedback, willingness to learn and grow
- Collaborative mindset - ability to work with multiple teams
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
