We are looking for a switched-on AP Assistant to support our finance team. In this role, you will support the Managing Director and Accounts Manager across accounts payable and general account functions.

Our company is a medium sized company located in Wetherill Park

This role would be perfect for someone looking to return to the workforce with part time work approximately 20-24hrs per week. Hours and days are negotiable for the right person.

**Main Duties**
- Setting up new suppliers
- Managing expense claims
- Entering supplier invoices and distributing for approval to project managers
- Preparing weekly payment runs including suppliers and staff expenses
- Ensuring all AP actions are processed for month end cut-offs
- Attend to and assist with finance related queries from staff
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable as required
- Updating daily job spreadsheets
- Filing
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Ideally experience in an AP role.
- MYOB experience an advantage but not necessary
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Outstanding organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently

**Job Type**: Part-time
