**Do you want to provide administrative support to a company that aims strengthen trade relationships between Sweden and Australia? Business Sweden are now looking to hire a Business Incubation and Operation Specialist in Sydney.**

Business Sweden is jointly owned by the Swedish state and the Swedish private sector. Business Sweden has a unique mandate to help Swedish businesses expand globally, while also helping foreign companies invest in Sweden. Business Sweden has +500 employees and 44 offices in four regions, including Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East /Africa.

Business Sweden Australia wants to hire someone to provide administrative support at our Sydney office. We are looking at recruiting a key player to our team that will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support as required
- Complete monthly book-keeping, including cash reports, bank reconciliations and invoicing
- Maintain relationships with our in-house business incubation clients and handle their inquiries
- Provide administrative support when public and private sector delegations from Sweden attend our Sydney office
- Liaising with head office in Stockholm as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the office

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in the role, we believe you have the following previous experiences and personal traits:

- Previous book-keeping experience
- Experience as an administrative assistant or support worker is essential
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Full Australian working rights
- Be a motivated self-starter that can take ownership of tasks and possess an enthusiasm to learn
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- A higher academic degree.
- Results-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
- Social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness.
