Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, M&A, public affairs, supply chain, sales channel set-up as well as client and partner acquisition.

To help drive this journey, we are currently looking to grow the team with an Associate or a Consultant, based in Sydney.

**What do we expect from you?**

You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in the region, as well as globally. You will be part of projects that provide support to Swedish companies in their international business development and expansion. The projects you will work on include sales acceleration, market analysis/entry and growth strategies and investment promotion. And your tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, as well as prospecting, contacting new potential clients, setting up and driving sales meetings with Swedish companies, and participating in developing solutions and closing the deal.

The role is based in Sydney, but you would be expected to work with our teams and clients across the APAC region, and the world, as required.

You will work in a great team where we take care of, support and coach each other. The job is diverse, working in various industries and markets with start-ups and large multinationals. The role comes with a high degree of freedom and responsibility, and we expect you to drive your own initiatives. Business Sweden’s role is to help Swedish companies reach their full international potential by providing consultancy services on market strategy, entry and establishment. This is management consulting with a higher purpose.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

You have a higher academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from a management consultant or in-house strategy team
- You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
- You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
