We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-weight Designer to join our freelance team. As a Mid-weight Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with our clients to bring their visions to life. As part of our friendly and supportive team, we foster a collaborative environment, follow systematic processes, and take pride in cultivating a positive work culture.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs
- Produce high-quality design assets for both digital and print mediums
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and project management, to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Mid-weight Designer or similar role
- Excellent proficiency in design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Solid knowledge of digital and print design processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design
