**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented PPC Specialist on a contract basis, with the view to transitioning to a permanent role later down the track. As a mid-senior level team member, you will take ownership of key client accounts, working across both Search and Social channels. This is an exciting opportunity to prove your ability to handle a high workload remotely and grow with our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional performance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and deliver actionable improvements.
- Write persuasive ad copy and collaborate on creative assets.
- Design and implement A/B testing to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
**Requirements**:
- Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns with consistent results.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on data insights.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and e-commerce strategies.
- Google Ads certifications (preferred but not essential).
- Prior agency experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus point: A background in the hotel industry is highly preferred.
