Tax Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join our team at LegalVision, a leading law firm in Australia. As a Tax Lawyer, you will play a key role in assisting small and medium-sized businesses with their tax needs.

This is a mid-level position that suits a versatile Tax Lawyer looking to refine and expand their knowledge base and skillset in a fast-paced, friendly, and collaborative environment. You will be working with a talented and energetic team across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer in a private practice environment. Additional experience in general corporate and commercial law will be highly valued.

• Assist clients with a broad range of tax law needs, including initial business structuring and planning, restructuring, business exit planning, and ESS/ESOP design.
• Provide advice on capital raises and inbound investment, as well as drafting/amending trust deeds.
• Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer in a private practice environment.
• Additional experience in general corporate and commercial law is highly valued.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to work productively.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
