**Your day to day will consist of...**

You will provide project administrative support to the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager in larger cross-functional projects/programs which includes setting up and managing support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and communication. This work will be supporting Optus Enterprise and Business CX Pre-sales and Solution Architects, PMO Project Managers, Support Teams and Optus external partnered vendors.

These roles can be based in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Optus works with the largest contact centre owners in AU/NZ and is seeking Project Coordinator to successfully deliver work on some of the industry’s most complex and challenging solutions.

We have opportunities on a Permanent, Fixed Term and Contract basis.

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Proven track record in successfully supporting a large team of project and program managers
- Prior experience in development/delivery of Contact Centres is highly regarded
- Prior experience working across a large program of work, whilst maintaining risk approach
- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
