The Strategy and Transformation team within Transport IT provide the overarching strategy, the architecture required to deliver the technology solutions for the future of Transport for NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to support cluster-wide IT strategy and technology platforms.

**The Opportunity**

We have a fixed term full time opportunity (till 31st Jan 2024 with possibility of extension) for a Project Coordinator to join a Corporate Services division based at Macquarie Park office. TfNSW offers flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.

The Project Coordinator role provides support and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives

**What you will be involved in**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established agency project management methodology.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Monitor and evaluate all aspects of project implementation, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues, assess project progress and effectiveness, and achieve project outcomes

**About you**
- You will have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholder groups.
- You will be interested in pursuing a career in project management
- You will excel in managing your time and prioritising issues given a constant range of issues and competing demands and manage the delivery of project deadlines and milestones.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to perform analytics and present and reporting.

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($108,770- $121,822) er annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
