Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

**Job Description**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will support our client company's operations business in driving operational excellence to deliver the best possible experience for their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the delivery of non-complex projects to the required standard of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost. The role also involves supporting the delivery of people projects from the Divisional Plan, maintaining project management documentation and supporting Divisional and Branch specific activities.

Objectives of this Role:

- Draft and review B2B contracts and agreements, including confidentiality and partnership agreements, service and consultancy agreements, distribution and product delivery requirements.
- Assist in preparing tender responses from vendors and provide business development support, including research and article writing, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new protocols and systems that stay ahead of cyber criminals.
- Maintain guidelines, procedures, standards, and controls documentation.
- Maintain current knowledge of project management skills.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain key Assurance reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the project team and key business groups to ensure alignment and reporting of metrics.
- Optimize and document company's business processes.
- Deliver business solutions/recommendations, training plans, and guidance.
- Hold workshops and training sessions for stakeholders at all levels.
- Draft planning frameworks to track issues, actions, risks, and decisions for project milestone deliverables.
- Support tool adoption and engage with key internal teams.
- Coordinate project meetings and monitor actions.
- Review requirements and refine the solution for potential business risks.
- Schedule meetings with clients and document agenda items and meeting minutes.
- Monitor access-related activities and check for unregistered information changes.
- Work as an intermediary between on and off-shore team members and monitor JIRA portal for pending issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Understanding of PMBOK.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity at a mid
- to large-size business for banking, government, or telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of IT, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ISAAP or CISM is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, logic, and forensics skills.
- Ability to work successfully in both individual and team settings.
- Impeccable drafting and advisory skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight time frames and deadlines to meet client SLAs.
- Ability to learn new skills, processes, and ways of working across multiple, complex systems.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 10 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
