Full Job Description

**Eligibility Administration officer**. In this role you would play a pivotal part in assisting with Medical claims, claims registration, indexing, booking medical appointments, and administration.

**The role overview**:

- **Working hours**:Monday
- Friday 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm.
- **Contract Duration**:3 months until 24th Feb 2023
- **Pay**:$34.33 per hour plus super-weekly pay
- **Training**:You will have in-depth structured training in the office for the first week
- **Team**:working for a Global company you will be working with a collaborative and supportive team.
- **Management**:you will learn from the best, working for a motivating and supportive Management team, which people love working for.

**The role**:

- Book medical appointments
- Handle inbound Claims Customer queries
- Collate information required for medical appointments
- Use multiple systems/programs for admin tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Log all details and interactions and ensure information is accurate and supplied promptly

**Experience needed**:

- Attention to detail with a customer service focus
- Familiar with Microsoft Applications
- Previous phone-based customer service
- Own windows-based laptop is required
- A valid police check would be desirable
- Must be immediately available to interview early next week and be able to provide 2x work references
