As an Eligibility Administration Officer in our VIC Workers Compensation division you'll be directly improving our customer's lives and well-being. You'll deal with people experiencing challenging times, but your job is to deliver a positive customer experience for them - and this is what makes it highly rewarding.

In this busy and varied role, you will work with and support a team of experienced consultants and have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Coordinating a variety of administrative tasks, including arranging medical examinations, communication with injured workers and supporting their needs
- Requesting clinical information and arranging other investigations
- Maintaining accurate file notes on customer interactions and supporting with maintenance of cataloguing system
- Providing administration assistance to the Eligibility Officers as required
- Ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded and business objectives met through exceptional customer service

**Important to your success**:

- Excellent administration skills, with high attention to detail
- Highly accurate Data entry, time management and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Word/Excel and the ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to work in a team environment
