**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Wholesale Brand Manager to lead our CAT Wholesale team. Reporting to the Divisional CEO of our Distributed Brands your responsibilities will include delivering Sales of relevant brands to assigned Wholesale Customers / Accounts and overall responsibility to manage the assigned accounts for the wholesale business.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and Lead the Wholesale Account Manahers everyday to deliver positive outcomes
- Range and Facilitate Sell in of Future product ranges, for our wholesale CAT customers and retail buying teams and ensure orders are met with the right timelines
- Deliver the brand strategies, product stori4es and key commercial objectives for each season to the wholesale customers, account managers and retail buying teams
- Be responsible and accountable for wholesale stock levels across the key metrics of each brand.
- Oversee the order book management to wholesale customers and drive the sales of free stock to ensure maximum sales to accounts are achieved.
- Consistently monitor and report on sell through of all wholesale accounts.
- Assist and work with the retail teams, specifically in regard to our buying and trading areas to drive strong commercial outcomes for the brand within the retail business.
- Ensuring a smooth process for sales, finance, marketing, operations and customer experience is achieved within the wholesale business.
- Own and Support the negotiation, completion and overall delivery of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale businesses Key Commercial objectives.
- Order all relevant samples and ensure this is managed within budget.
- Help to Manage costs of the Wholesale Business by being diligent and within budget for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, ensuring profitability for the brand and wholesale business.
- Remain relevant to the brand being sold and the customer being serviced and staying up to date with the overall marketplace.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Relevant previous experience in Workwear is highly regarded
- Demonstrated 5+ years experience in Sales & Brand Management
- University degree in business with a sales focus is preferable.
- Industry understanding and exposure to sales, retail, footwear, apparel and account management
- Understand retail, apparel & footwear product, supported by sufficient business skills.
- Exceptional relationship management to deliver a positive experience with customers
- Ability to meet sales objectives and profit targets
