**Your role**:

- Finalise and lead the launch of a new brand refresh program
- Drive marketing promotional activities for ELAA
- Maximise membership subscription and membership benefits.
- Actively understand the voice of members and drive programs that will benefit and engage them
- Manage and maximise existing ELAA partnerships
- Manage and lead the membership growth strategy, sponsorship strategy and brand strategy including marketing and communications plans
- Day to day coordination of organisation wide communication and marketing activities
- Lead and manage two team members.

**About you**:

- 5+ years demonstrated experience in a marketing related role
- Demonstrated track record of growing engagement and service offerings
- Developed skills and understanding of marketing and engagement linked technology, software and channels
- High energy, high passion and a love of continual change

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
