**Our client**:
is seeking to engage a Logistics Manager with manufacturing experience at their manufacturing facility.

**About the role**:

- Ensure full compliance with regulations, Policy, best practices relating to all on site all external Logistics.
- Lead the teams - Planners, Drivers, Loder and Contractors to ensure safe delivery of product.
- Play a key role in achieving a zero harm environment with zero LTI.
- Drive and lead a culture of high performance and safety.
- Manage People, Quality, assets, customer service, planning, cost and compliance.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in Managing Logistics in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong Leadership with the ability to drive change and influence change in behaviours and gain compliance to standards.
- Ability to communicate respectfully when under pressure.
- Strong influencing and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills who can inspire
- Tenacity - Will always finish things on time and follow through to ensure change has been implemented
- Works well with all levels of competency from all areas of the business.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High personal standards.
