Administrative Assistant Part-time

The role is a 2 day work week, in office, 7.6 hours per day, Thursday and Friday.

**Objectives of this role**
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
- Ensure optimal use of office equipment, supplies, and inventories through preventive maintenance
- Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
**Responsibilities**
- Supports management with any administrative, project, research, as required
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, and via videoconference and on-site events
- Provide light technical support to staff and liaise with our managed IT partner
- Maintain O365 electronic filing system, various databases, employee list, and inventory
- Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
- Other tasks as assigned.
**Required skills and qualifications**
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Clearances
- Proven 2+ years administrative experience
- Current Australian drivers' licence
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Previous experience with O365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
- Previous success in a fast paced office
- ICT and digital marketing experience a plus
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
