Our client provides formwork, falsework and ground shoring solutions to the global construction industry. They have been designing and supplying equipment for the commercial building, civil engineering and resource sectors in Australia for over 60 years.
- **About the Job**:_
- This is a temporary work assignment - minimum 2 weeks.
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

The role will involve basic office admin duties, consisting of but not limited to the following:

- Answering phone calls and doing outbound calls.
- Filing, both physical paper filing and e-filing.
- Observing Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as per company policy and the Safety Management System.
- Reviewing incoming invoices to ensure they are correct and calculation of Freight re-charges.
- Data entry & potentially processing orders if up to speed.
- General administrative tasks to ensure all stakeholders receive the best customer experience possible.
- **About You**:_
- At least 1 year of experience as an office admin.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling important documents and data.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.66 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Broadmeadows VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
