**The Company**

One of the industry's most respected manufacturing companies is expanding rapidly and needs a Customer Service professional with industry experience to support ongoing operations. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build a successful career serving and maintaining key customer relationships within a successful and employee-focused organisation.

**The Position**

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Entry and processing of sales orders through EDI on a timely basis
- Management and administration of open orders
- Establish and maintain key relationships with customers
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and lead times
- Provide prompt and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action when necessary
- Perform administration duties as needed

To qualify, applicants must possess a solid understanding of the manufacturing industry, as well as the following:

- Prior experience serving customers in the manufacturing industry (essential)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP software is essential
- Consistently able to work under pressure and without supervision
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
