Our client is an established consultancy looking to grow to the next level and has several offices based in Australia and overseas. They cover a variety of projects from feasibility through project planning, and programming to project management.

You will be part of a growing team assisting the Director across a variety of sectors from feasibility to life cycle planning to forecasting. **About the role(s)**
There is a Part-Time opportunity for someone who loves to talk and has the natural ability to build rapport with existing clients and build new relationships. You will be persistent yet friendly and outgoing as your role is to help with tenders, bids, and tracking the whole process.
You will support the tender process, including supporting in proposal development, interpretation of tender requirements, and relevant internal and external compliance.

**Duties**
- Develop a pipeline of clients to target
- Bid Submission, collating, and reviewing following chasing leads
- Understand tender cycles and relevant stakeholders to ensure tender invitation
- Proficient in the use of qtender and etender and other tender software
- Communicating effectively and professionally yet being personable
- Responsible for building trust between the client and business. You will be representing the business in this critical role, working with prospective clients every day
- Confident to talk to clients or potentials on the telephone
- Client meetings face to face when required
- Ideally a background in Quantity Surveying but not necessary

**Skills & Experience**
- You will have had Business development and tender experience in the construction industry ideally Quantity Surveying
- Have a strong background in Tenders/BID the development and production and tracking tenders, capability statements, expressions of interest, proposals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and adaptable and resilient to persist even if there are rejections.
