- **Primary Role**_
- Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
- Implement cleanliness standards and foster productivity, motivation and professional growth among all Housekeeping Team Members
- Adhere to compliance with chemical safety and Work Health and Safety regulations, ensuring that all team members follow the safety protocols
- Track labour expenses and productivity relative to occupancy rates, while also conducting daily inspections to assess room cleanliness standards
- **Skill and Experience**_
- Confident in completing duty rosters, reviewing and ordering stock
- Display quick thinking and adaptability to ensure seamless daily operations
- Effective leadership with a collaborative team spirit, actively engaging in hands-on support to ensure the team's success
