**Marketing Campaign Manager**

Cure Collective is an Australian family-owned marketing agency who has created a business out of passion for design and marketing. The owners of the business have over 50 years combined experience in growth and acquisition marketing with a strong reputation for driving results.

Over the past three years we have experienced significant growth and are looking for an exceptional Marketing Campaign Manager to assist our Senior Marketing Manager with a key client who is a leader in the energy sector, to deliver outstanding results.

The Marketing Campaign Manager ideally comes from a CRM or growth marketing background and can deliver high performing campaigns that drive site visitation and contribute to the overall onsite conversion and acquisition targets. The person in this role will assist in increasing consumer consideration and preference across multiple channels with a strong focus on digital channels. Market research and campaign evaluation also play a strong role in guiding the ongoing strategic marketing direction.

- Job Type: Permanent Part-time
- Hours: 30 hours per week AEST 9:30 - 5:30pm Mon - Thursday
- Location: Hybrid - Work from home and work from office

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver strong onsite conversions through multi-channel advertising.
- Management of multi-channel advertising campaigns with a focus on online.
- Coordination of monthly client reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for advertising optimisation.
- Provide insights and recommendations for conversion optimisation.
- Action optimisation activities to drive results.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager on delivery of campaigns.

**Qualities**
- The ability to analyse and interpret data and research to provide recommendations.
- Extremely high attention to detail and process orientation.
- Strong deadline orientation.
- Well-developed project planning and project management skills.
- Ability to accurately track and report on campaign outputs and timelines.
- Expertise in conversion optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, specifically in developing, implementing digitally-led marketing and communications solutions.
- The ability to coordinate advertising, print collateral and promotions.
- Budget management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Preference for experience using Semrush, Google Suite and Buffer.

**Experience**

We are seeking a team member with a minimum of 5 years campaign management experience who can deliver outstanding results utilising performance marketing strategies and tactics.
