Our people are advising on Australia’s largest infrastructure projects including Brisbane’s Cross River Rail, NSW’s Sydney Metro and Victoria’s Metro Tunnel Project and Level Crossing Removal Project.

**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

You will support the Advisory National Bid Manager and consultants in our Advisory Division to develop compelling, client-focused bids for their work on some of Australia’s largest and most exciting infrastructure projects. Your role will include assisting with general bid admin tasks, including;
- Setting up and keeping up-to-date templates;
- Formatting bid material - response documents, CVs, etc.;
- Doc control during submission period;
- Maintaining an accurate library of information to support the tender process;
- Managing tender portals, clarification questions and bid submissions;
- Any other administrative tasks as requested.

**YOU WILL HAVE**
- Experience in bids, marketing or business development, preferably within a large professional services/consulting environment. Experience in construction or infrastructure projects highly regarded.
- Advanced level of computer literacy including Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook skills. Familiarity with the Adobe suite would be a bonus.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, including a proven ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle lots of activities simultaneously whilst maintaining composure.
