An exciting ongoing career opporunity has becme available to Lead the People Experience team in 2023.

The Head of People Experience and Capability will develop, deliver, and maintain key strategic people initiatives, programs and process improvements to build, embed, evaluate and sustain a high performing workplace and positive, inclusive culture.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director People & Capability and liaising across the Executive Leadership Team, relevant Boards, Industry and Government - this position plays a critical role in the conceptualisation and delivery of VBA's:

- Contemporary Leadership Development and Behavioural Frameworks
- Organisational Wide Learning and Development Programs
- Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP)
- Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
- Best Practice Employee Engagement and Initiatives

**Who we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated senior organisational development (OD) expertise with proven experience in successful design and implementation of strategies and programs for organisational impact and performance.
- Understanding of, and interest in diversity, inclusion, and equity and the factors that influence change within an organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including preparation of Board and Committee related materials.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field.
