**THE ROLE**:
We’re seeking a talented and motivated events adviser who can move effortlessly between virtual, physical and hybrid event environments. You will be part of a team that is responsible for providing group services across trade, international education and investment.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Ensure the timely execution of all event critical path tasks from scheduling to live virtual event and follow up
- Handle technical support and backend setup of events on digital platforms (WebEx and EventsAIR) including managing recordings of all virtual sessions
- Track attendance and manage correspondence with panelists and participants
- Run post-event reports for internal/external stakeholders including managing dashboards and distilling statistical information
- Work with relevant teams to ensure all communications (digital marketing materials, social media posts etc) are effectively conveyed
- Responsible for reviewing, updating and communicating the status of the event calendar(s)
- Provide advice, support and direction on producing events, as required to other business areas of the organisation
- Contribute to a high performance culture fuelled by data driven insights and creativity
- Develop effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Provide end to end project management support for multiple online business matching programs
- Assist with procurement processes for new vendors
