**About the Opportunity**

The Events & Activations Coordinator, Rundle Mall will support the delivery of events and activations delivered for Rundle Mall in partnership with brands, third parties, agencies and suppliers ensuring that all events are delivered to the highest standard and are in line with the overall Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA) Business and Strategic plan, and Rundle Mall Strategic Vision and Plan.

Some of the day-to-day things you’ll see yourself doing include:

- Planning and managing events for Rundle Mall such as the Festival Season, Food Festival, Winter Festival, Fashion Festival and Christmas.
- Enhancing and increasing the positive brand, reputation and usage of Rundle Mall and wider city retail precincts as an event space.
- Providing event advice and delivery of Rundle Mall’s and city-wide launches and event activities to ensure that both Rundle Mall’s priorities and objectives are met as well as the wider city retail precincts.
- Coordinating and managing event budgets for AEDA including purchasing and ordering of goods and services.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Significant understanding of the operational procedures, processes, policies and legislation required to manage a diverse range of events.
- Significant experience in successfully developing, co-ordinating, programming and implementing a diverse range of events and/or arts, recreation and community programs.
- Ability to build positive relationships and consult, negotiate and communicate with broad range of people, both internal and external to the organisation, including all levels of management, with professionalism and integrity.
