- Based in Playford with some travel across Adelaide Metro as required

**What can you expect to be doing?**
- Ensure the provision of high-quality customer service, responding to all customer enquiries, listening carefully, seeking feedback with an empathetic and patient approach.
- Support the administration and onboarding of new and potential customers in an efficient and effective manner.
- You will promote wellness, reablement and positive ageing through providing accurate information to empower customers to make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaise with customers to maintain up-to-date records to monitor their care journey from enquiry to intake.
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to filing, stocktake, data entry, photocopying and scanning, postage and preparing and maintaining customer files.

**What do you need to bring?**
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders quickly.
- Proven problem-solving ability, able to respond with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- You are a team player able to to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary supportive team environment.
- Knowledge of the ageing process and other physiological and sociological determinants of health and wellbeing.
- Certificate III or equivalent in health, human services or related field or equivalent proven experience.
- Certificate IV Business Admin or equivalent proven experience.
