The Project and Briefings Officer supports the Deputy Secretary, Executive Officer and Office of the Deputy Secretary on divisional and departmental priority projects. The Project and Briefings Officer is part of a small and adaptable team working collaboratively across a range of areas including administration, coordination of executive and ministerial correspondence, briefings and meetings, advisory, communications and events, Cabinet and Parliamentary processes and reporting.
The role is a key coordination link between the Office of the Deputy Secretary and the Office of the Secretary, other departmental divisions and Ministerial
