Stores & Dispatch Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch spare parts for our customers both within Australia and Overseas.
- Arrange transport and when required export documentation for international spares orders
- Complete all associated dispatch paperwork, including non-conformance items.
- Loading of spares and domestic freight onto trucks
- Acquire domestic freight quotes and collaborate closely with international customers for ex-work shipments and collections
- Record keeping of selected orders status

Additional Responsibilities:
- Inspect, receipt and store goods. Verify all items are as per purchase orders.
- Identify and report to team leader any non-conformances or items requiring inspection and test prior to store receipting.
- Provide colleagues with general advice in relation to the goods inward function.
- Maintain levels of consignment notes
- Maintain packing Kanban levels and process replenishment orders
- Cycle counting of stores items for inventory control
