**About the role**

Undertake project work to support key stakeholders with organisational wide workforce planning initiatives, and prepare and maintain organisation charts and analyse and interpret reports for the workforce database.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in using Visio, Power BI and working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
