**Position Overview**:
**About the role**:

- Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, policies, and promotions to customers.
- Assist customers with order placement, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns with their orders.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism, seeking to understand the root cause of the issue and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Empathetic and patient attitude, with a genuine desire to help and support customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
