**Role Overview**

This role would oversee the following responsibilities, but are not limited to:

- Provide support to the Finance & Accounting team by assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billings and Payroll
- Reconciling payments for BAS, GST and commissions
- Interaction with clients and other internal staff members
- Purchasing and managing stock levels for stationery, office equipment, office supplies
- Answering phones
- Liaising with building management
- Assist with arranging client gifts & events
- Assist with staff birthdays & events
- Assist staff with basic IT related issues

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Previous accounting experience highly regarded (AP, AR, Payroll, Reconciliations, BAS, GST)
- Experience working in a professional work environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, can do attitude, and willingness to learn
