MyWay: provides a suite of insurance products to RV owners and hirers, giving them the confidence to fully engage with CHL Group’s peer-to-peer platforms.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will act as a trusted partner to the C-Suite and senior management team driving strategic projects and providing high-level administration support.

Your day-to-day:

- Key relationship manager for Board Members, Brokers and Investors including Investor relations and ASX requirements
- Prioritise enquiries, think critically, problem solve, reviewing or scheduling key actions for the CEO and CFO
- Draft CEO communication and format presentations
- Provide a link between executive and management teams
- Manage AU and Global Exec meetings including attendance, minutes and holding execs accountable for action items
- Ability to conduct business analytics both internally and externally
- Work with the Board Secretary to schedule and manage the annual Board calendar

- Proven experience as an Executive Officer or in a similar role
- A degree in business/Marketing/MBA is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about providing excellent service with a willingness to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Newcastle based and able to be in the office (Wickham) an average of 3 days per week
