**The Company**

Currently, we are actively seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our welcoming and driven team. This position comes with an opportunity for a 12-month Traineeship program to obtain Certificate III in Business, offering not only immediate exposure to a dynamic work environment but also promising future career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for**:

- Warmly greeting and assisting clients, staff, and business partners both in person and over the phone
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Overseeing general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office
- Ensuring the smooth execution of meetings and events
- Basic accounts administration
- Maintaining office stationery and kitchen supplies, keeping these areas tidy and organised

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
