If you are customer-focused, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, then we may have a role for as a Service and Rental Coordinator at our Adelaide branch.

Your new role
- Providing support to, and maintaining ongoing relationships with, our customers and staff
- Coordinating and prioritising the allocation and timely completion of service and repair work
- Processing of quotations, purchase orders, stock transfers, invoicing, and reporting
- Monitoring and recording stock delivery lead times for service repairs
- Liaising with Logistics and Production dept’s. regarding timely parts and goods delivery and receipting
- Completing daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks independently

About you
- Customer service/sales support capacity
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed computer skills Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a neat and well-organised work environment
