**The Position**
Maali Group is seeking a Pre-Contracts lead. You will impart your expertise by keeping up to date with industry, regulations and price trends and conduct specific studies to develop and establish cost related data and effect reductions.
**About the Role**
- Generate precise estimates by evaluating material and labour criteria meticulously.
- Analyse project specifications, technical drawings and proposal requests to determine estimation requirements.
- Exploring solutions with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve improved techniques and procedures, establishing scope and procuring quotes with maintaining excellent relationships.
- Develop, document and implement end-to-end estimate strategies, covering planning, cost analysis, risk mitigation and delivery execution
- Coordinate internal stakeholders in the development and delivery of all tender deliverable.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Estimating
- Qualifications in Construction Management, quantity surveying, or Engineering is desirable
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within team of all levels
- Intermediate Microsoft skills
- A flair for presentations, development and delivery
- Strong communicator, able to articulate the organisations values, capabilities, capacity and history and, our offer (quantitative and qualitative).
- Uphold impeccable accuracy and quality standards within the estimating and scheduling processes
**Roster/Work Environment**:
- Full time - 5:2 roster
- Location -Perth CBD
