**About the role at Macquarie Bank**

As a Relief Executive Assistant, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of business activities while covering the role of other Executive Assistants whilst they are on leave. You’ll provide a high level of support to a range of teams and executives and have the opportunity to work across every aspect of the business. You will learn more about the organization and utilise your administrative and interpersonal skills.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Diary Management - Track, manage, and prioritize the daily movements for business leaders to achieve the organization’s goals effectively
- Office and Team Coordination - Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team

**Strengths**
- Flexibility - Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people
