Administration Assistant

Due to continued growth our client is seeking an experienced, positive and motivated Administration Assistant to join the team in this busy and varied role. This role is to provide support to the General Manager who is also known for being a great mentor.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Calendar management
- Collating and scanning documents
- Assisting the broader team with invoicing
- Banking, filing and scanning Providing support for Office management projects including office and staff events
**About You**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting firm
- Experience with MYOB is an advantage
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Outstanding customer service
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to work within a team environment
